Founded by Dr. Erika Jurasits, DO Our Mission is to build a supportive community where individuals are empowered, through mentorship and coaching, to fulfill their unique health potential and regain their vitality. Our Vision is to help individuals reach their Optimal Health.

Have you ever tried to improve through diet and exercise or by taking hormone replacement therapy? Have you gotten some positive results only to see your efforts stall, become stagnant, or maybe even turn in the wrong direction? Did you wonder why this happened? Why, despite your best efforts, you didn’t achieve your goals?
Simply put, we believe there are 5 pillars of health and if you do not address them together, your efforts will most likely fail.

A wise man once said, “If you fail to prepare, you are preparing to fail.” If you only address a portion of the 5 pillars of health, you will only get a portion of the results you are expecting to accomplish.
We know individuals, just like you, are desperately searching for a sustainable way to care for yourself and stay healthy; but it seems everything is about the quick fix or the next new medication! Breaking news: There is no such thing as a quick fix when it comes to your health. You should be cared for as an individual but the question always is- where do I start? Here, our team, will create a safe space for conversation, share tips, and bring information and resources to help you on your unique journey.

Dr. Erika Jurasits is an osteopathic physician with over twenty years of experience in primary care, treating patients with conventional medicine. Her transition to functional medicine stems from her deep-seated belief that the body should be treated as a whole rather than as individual parts. This integrative, “whole body treatment” focuses on improving the mind, body and spirit, utilizes the body’s healing properties, and creates a sense of complete wellness.
In her free time, Dr. Jurasits enjoys spending time with her 2 boys, running and relaxing with yoga and meditation. She also loves being in nature and working in her organic garden.

Jessica Melendez is a health coach graduate of the Soma Institute of Chicago in 2015. She is currently pursuing a masters in Integrative Medicine with Maharishi University. Jessica is also a Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner. Her passion for understanding the mind-body connection is what led her to Integrative Medicine. She believes in a holistic approach to well-being, an approach that considers all aspects of the human being- mind, body, and soul.
Jessica’s own journey to health and healing started at the young age of 10. She was in a traumatic car accident that left her with 2 broken legs and a wounded soul. Yoga, meditation, breathwork and good nutrition are what allowed her to heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Jessica became a health and wellness coach to help guide others through times of transformation, deep healing, and self-growth.
Jessica is currently residing in Charleston, South Carolina where she spends most of her time enjoying the beach and outdoors with her husband, son, and pit bull, Humphrey!
